We’re ranked 58th in the Country!

Commercial Bank was recently recognized in the top 200 Community Banks throughout the United States by US Banker magazine in June 2008.

The banks were ranked by the 3-year average of Return on Equity. Commercial National Financial Corporation’s 15.95% Return on Equity placed us 58th in the nationwide study. Despite the national news, Commercial Bank is pleased to report that earnings for 2008 are 20% higher than last year.

“Only four banks in Michigan were included in the ranking and to be recognized as the highest performer among our Michigan peers is very gratifying,” stated Jeffrey S. Barker, President and CEO of Commercial National Financial Corporation and Commercial Bank.
