A Better Banking Experience is on the Horizon!

What You Need to Know and Plan for Regarding the Upgrade


As part of our commitment to remain on the cutting edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce that we will be upgrading our computer processing system.  Our new system will help us continue to provide the 5-Star customer service you have come to expect, while better enabling us to protect your confidential information and offer the most up-to-date products and services.  The upgrade to our new system will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 24, with an anticipated completion by 8:30 a.m. on Monday, September 27. 

HOW TO PREPARE FOR CONVERSION WEEKEND: TEMPORARY SERVICE LIMITATIONS

In order to make the switch to our new processing system, we must temporarily limit the availability of some banking services during Conversion Weekend.  We want you to be aware of these changes and ask that you read this letter carefully to help ensure the transition to our new system causes you as little disruption as possible. The affected services and temporary limitations are discussed in the table below. We sincerely apologize for the limited availability of services. AFTER CONVERSION: KEY UPGRADES AND ACTIONS REQUIRED 

Online Banking Access
  • During your first initial Online Banking login on or after September 27, you will use your existing Online Banking username and password.
  • For secure authentication, we will require your phone number on file to receive a voice or SMS text message to provide a code to you to confirm your identity.
  • After entering your password, you will be prompted to agree to our Online Terms and Conditions before proceeding to Online Banking.
  • Business customers utilizing our Treasury Services will be contacted individually prior to conversion.
