Tara Steele is an experienced professional in the banking industry. Located at our Hastings branch, Tara covers the greater Barry County area, while also servicing the surrounding areas of Kalamazoo, Battle Creek and Grand Rapids. Tara has over 20 years of banking experience, spanning several departments from Mortgage Lending, to Retail as a Branch Manager for several locations, to Treasury as a Treasury Management Specialist. She thrives on helping her customers with their personal finances, as well as their business needs. Establishing a strong level of trust is her #1 priority. Her knowledge of different aspects of banking help her become her clients’ trusted advisor.

Tara actively gives back to her community; she sits on the Finance Committee for Habitat for Humanity in Kalamazoo, is a Board Member for Moxie Mastermind (a women’s networking group), a member of the Hastings Rotary Club, volunteers with her local church (Thornapple Valley Church), and is a part of their worship band for the Delton campus.
