Tell us about you

I grew up in Dimondale, MI in Eaton County. I changed my career path to banking in the midst of the pandemic of 2020. I started as a part time Customer Service Representative and worked my way up to be the Branch Manager in 2023. In my free time, my husband and I love to travel, go to concerts and look for Petoskey Stones on the Lake Michigan shoreline.

What do you love most about your job?

My passion is customer service. I believe that listening to what my customer needs are and providing the best options for them to meet their financial goals is what helps build their trust in me as their banker as well as Commercial Bank as their institution.

Community Involvement

I am involved in the Commercial Bank 5k, Junior Achievement, Mason Holiday parade, Harvey Education Center trunk-or-treat, and Mason Chamber of Commerce events to stay involved in the community.

Why do you love working for a community bank?

I love that Commercial Bank is a community bank which allows our emplyees to get to know their customers and go above and beyond for them. I feel like I am able to make a difference in my community. If a customer is having a bad day, my goal is to bring a smile to their face before they are able to leave the branch.
