Andrea Donahue

Tell us about you:

I was born and raised in the Ithaca area.  I returned home and started working at Commercial Bank.  Traveling is my favorite thing to do in my free time. I also enjoy using my time at home to garden, read and spend time with my family.

What do you love most about your job?

With so much of my day-to-day work being dependent on customers needs; I like that I never know what tasks may come my way. I enjoy working in a changing environment where I am able to help customers in a meaningful way while staying challenged by my work. 

Community Involvement:

I have been lucky enough to volunteer at Ithaca fundraising events, participate in our community parades &  seasonal celebrations and work at several of our area's smaller community festivals.

Why do you love working for a community bank?

What I love most about my job is that I get to work and live in a close-knit community.  Having the opportunity to work with so many local business owners, working professionals and residents on a daily basis gives me the chance to really get to know my customers.
