ATM/Debit card compromises occur when unauthorized individuals gain access to your card information. Commercial Bank takes every compromise seriously. Your ATM/Debit card will be deactivated immediately if we receive notification that your card was involved in a breach to prevent any potential fraudulent usage. A new replacement card will be ordered immediately and should arrive in the mail within 7-10 business days. You will also receive a separate mailing with your new personal identification number (PIN). We are aware that this is not an ideal situation for you and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this could cause.
These security measures are standard industry practice and done in the best interest of our customers. We encourage you to have more than one way to access your money in the event that something happens to your card.
