Fixed-Rate Financing

Fixed-rate refers to the period in which the interest rate for a loan is steady—this can be for the full term of the loan or partial. Help plan for your company’s future and schedule payment plan with fixed-rate financing from Commercial Bank.

Business Lines of Credit & Loans

  • Capital Access Loan Program – The Capital Access Loan Program is an innovative program available to assist small business with capital needs.  The program can be used to finance most types of business needs.
  • Real Estate Loans – A commercial real estate (CRE) loan is a mortgage secured by a lien on commercial property as opposed to residential property.  It typically carries a fixed rate of interest.
  • Equipment Lines of Credit – A predetermined maximum credit limit is established for your business.  Each time you need to purchase equipment or vehicles for your business, a separate fixed rate note is established up to your credit limit.
  • Business Lines of Credit – A predetermined maximum credit limit is established for your business.  As you need capital to finance inventory purchases or other short term needs, you may draw on the line to the credit limit.  A monthly payment of accrued interest is typically required, and principal can be repaid as your cash flow allows.
  • SBA 504 Loans – The SBA 504 Loan Program provides long-term fixed rate financing for major fixed assets (typically real estate) that promote business growth and job creation.  We partner with a Certified Development Company to provide this type of financing.
  • USDA Loan – A USDA business loan, often referred to as the Business and Industry Loan Guarantee, provides loan guarantees to banks for their loans to rural businesses.
